Pricing
One platform fee. 1.5% per supplier booking.
Suppliers onboard their payout account, Toureserve routes operations and payments, and the platform retains a 1.5% fee on each booking processed through Toureserve. Bookings that arrive through GetYourGuide follow their own, equally simple rule — explained below.

What the plan means
Clear for suppliers, predictable for the platform.
Toureserve platform fee: 1.5% of each booking processed through Toureserve
Supplier onboards into their own connected payout account via Stripe Connect
Bookings that arrive through GetYourGuide are billed differently — a channel fee instead of the platform fee (see below)
This page describes Toureserve fees only. External processor fees, marketplace commissions, taxes, or supplier-side business obligations may still apply depending on payment method, sales channel, and jurisdiction.

What happens for GetYourGuide bookings.
The integration does the work
Toureserve’s live GetYourGuide integration syncs your products and availability to GYG and brings reservations, confirmations, and cancellations back into your dashboard automatically. GYG bookings sit in the same calendar and manifests as your direct bookings.
A channel fee, not a stacked fee
GetYourGuide collects payment from the traveler and pays you directly, so these bookings never pass through Toureserve checkout — and the 1.5% platform fee does not apply to them. Instead, Toureserve invoices you monthly for a 2% channel fee on confirmed GYG bookings, covering our service around your channel sales: GetYourGuide support and dispatching. The two fees never stack on the same booking.
Transparent by design
The channel fee is a Toureserve fee for the service around your GYG sales — keeping the integration synced and certified, and dispatching the bookings it brings in. It is separate from any commission GetYourGuide itself charges under your marketplace agreement with them. Your monthly invoice lists each GYG booking it covers, so there is nothing to reverse-engineer.
On the roadmap
GetYourGuide is the first rail. It won’t be the last.
Viator is next— planned on the same adapter foundation, and channel-fee billing will work the same way when it ships. We’ll only ever list a platform here when it actually works. Right now, that’s GetYourGuide.
